My Fitness Journey: Month Three

Yaay, I have made it to three months of consistent exercising!

This is a huge milestone for me because the furthest I have gone is two months before I fall off. I am so happy that I have made it this far in my journey and I am even more inspired to continue my healthy lifestyle. I have improved so much from month one and I am thankful that I am seen as an inspiration to my friends and family. Month three was challenging at times because I didn’t feel like progress was showing on my body. Little did I know, every push up, every burpee, and every drop of sweat that fell from my face were indicators of my body’s improvement. The year is almost ending and I can’t wait to bring in 2017 healthier and fit than I have ever been.

Since November has started I am participating in a two month challenge called No Waist November. It is a two month online training program that my trainer developed. The program contains a meal plan AND workout plan for two full months. The exercises are detailed and they honestly kick my butt in the best way possible. I am so glad that I have turned myself around in this fitness journey to be a better me. No Waist November has shown me that I have discipline in turning down foods on the DO NOT EAT list ( Bread, cheese, alcohol, fast food, sweets). I can’t wait to see my progress at the end of the challenge in December. If you guys want to join in on the challenge, I highly recommend it. I promise you will not regret it. Even though November has began, it’s not too late to start. Join me in becoming a better YOU! Let’s get WAISTED and kick fat in it’s butt!
